Kaptai Upazilla is now nears to Digital Bangladesh.

To implement the idea of Digital Bangladesh and Vision-2021 and to achieve the millennium development goal (MDG) we are trying to form an association named ” Kaptai Science & ICT Club”. It is a secondary Education related, nonpolitical science & ICT concerned voluntary association. Initially it wants to work with in the Kaptai Upazilla. In first step its target is to trained-up all the teachers related to secondary education and all the members of the organization. We also interested to collect grants and to implement different projects in favor of backward tribal and nontrivial teachers, staffs and mass people.
Other than science & ICT related field we shall try to work for unemployed young generation and rehabilitate the physical and mental disables.
We want to play role against ev-teasing, exploitation of female, under marriage, dowry system and terrorism.
To create interest about science, math and ICT among the secondary level teachers, staffs, students and mass-population we publish periodicals and arrange festible/fair/display on math, science and ICT.
We are working to ensure the proper utilization of Rural, Union and Upazilla information centers and to assist/help Upazilla ICT committee.
In conclusion we invite everyone who are interested or skilled in ICT and dwelt in Kaptai upazilla to join with us.
